A Little About Buttercup

Home has always been at the center of the most meaningful seasons of my life.

As a mom of two daughters, I know firsthand that a home doesn't have to be perfectly kept to be deeply loved. When my girls were little, there were toys, fingerprints, crumbs, pets, laundry. There were plenty of days when keeping up with it all felt impossible. I know what it's like to clean all day and somehow still feel behind.

I have also had the privilege of helping care for my parents. Through that, I've learned that a clean home is about so much more than appearances. It's about comfort, dignity, and helping people feel at peace in the place they love most. Home.

I've learned that cleaning isn't really about perfection. Sometimes it's about giving someone less thing to carry. Sometimes it's about helping someone continue to feel comfortable and proud of the home they love. 

That's the heart behind The Buttercup Cleanup.

I want to offer the kind of help I know I once could have used myself and the kind of thoughtful care I was grateful to be able to give the people I love.

Because everyone deserves to feel comfortable, cared for, and at home in their own space.
